Today was Asian day.
We had those Costco Japanese dumplings that they have been advertising.
Rating out of 1-10
Pan fried - 3 - Just didn't do it for me this way. I have had better success with other brands. This also my favorite way to have them prepared. So, I may be a bit critical.
Deep fried - 8 - Tasted much better and the wrapper was thin so it gave it a light crunchy feel. I will cook the rest of these this way.
Sauce - 9 - Hit just right. I shouldn't call this sauce. I should call it a post cooking marinade. LOL I leave them in there for a few minutes to soak up all the goodness.

And finally, 4 ingredient soda bread.
Not green beer, but a green can. :)
Nicely done, did Irish Soda Bread, too!

Well today I learned that my oven cooks faster than expected.
Picked up a Costco premarinated pork tenderloin. 25-30 minutes per pound it said. 3.5 pounds. Come back 1 hour later and it's at 150+. Whoopsie. I thought an hour was safe.

Something seems amiss with your math. Pork tenderloins are usually only 1lb-1lb1/2. Perhaps you calculated your time on the whole package?

This was one of those fat double wide Costco pork tenderloins. Not that skinny Safeway/QFC/Fred Meyer pork tenderloin. Weighed in at 3.5 pounds.

Underneath all the Cabbage, carrots, Onion, Coriander seeds and pepper corns is a Corned beef. (There's red potatoes in there too) It's being cooked strictly for sandwiches. I love Corned beef Sammie's. All the rest will be reheated and eaten separately. The smell in the house is amazing.
