Dang. I just ate my second dinner, and I still want to bury my face into that bowl.

Damn, Chris! Fancy!

Was this your first time making it? What did you think?

I’ve never made it, or eaten it.

Dude, that's a serious hole in your culinary education.
Beef Wellington is soooo good.

A couple of videos:

No this was my 3rd shot been bout 4 yrs since the last time. did the left side one before, right side has a twist to it I'll post a video, supposedly to absorb juice upon reading into why. That's why it looks a little size different and didn't do a second 5 min re fridge to hold shape. Hows it taste Oh MAN if you like thin sliced sushi think how it kinda melts in your mouth, that's the way this beef did just soft, tender and not chewy. JUST DROOL........ One thing I did not do was keep adding salt like they show ( ramsay used chestnuts I think it was, omitted). the Kids video he used some tool, I just used a knife and sliced like an 1" long every other slot and stretched it. One thing I was gonna follow bobby flay and make bite size but the cooking time was the same I fig it be over cooked. might try bobby's method with the left over beef.

kids video...... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wfrq_DLb8wI

thanks nwgunner, john and Jay thats the kids video I used for the right side wellington

This is what I made about a week ago for a church group thanksgiving get together:
Cake- this is a spice cake 3 layer but not just any spice cake… it has a full cheesecake for layer 2 and the cheese cake is a pumpkin spice cheese cake ! Topping is crushed Graham cracker and pumpkin spice dusting .

First bacon role is pickles wrapped in bacon and glazed is sweet baby rays . They were amazing !

Second is called shotgun shells. Manicotti noodles stuffed with maple sausage and cheddar cheese blocks then wrapped in bacon and glazed in sweet baby rays ! Very good ! Every one loved it all

They were great ! And low carb besides the the cake . That cake has I’m sure the daily value of carbs and sugar all in one slice but it was great . My first cheesecake middle layer cake was a strawberry shortcake crunch cake , made after the strawberry short cake ice cream bars . It was definitely the best one so far . I made this one last April for my wife’s birthday . It was so good .
