My GF hits farmers markets and does imperfect foods boxes, and i was thinking what if someone combined the 2?
I dont have the tech savvy to do this, but mabey somebody on here does, i'd be willing to get involved too. What if someone bridged the gap between local farmers, even the small guys and had a website(mabey a subscription thing) where they sold the locally grown wares(full disclosure of where it came from and conditions of growing it), and delivered it to peoples doors on a weekly basis?? I know it would be an up and down thing depending on harvest times, but i'm sure pushing grass fed beef and canned goods in the slow season could keep it going.
This also bridges the gap between rural producers and the city tech people which dont know where to get stuff like grass fed beef or local eggs.
BTW if you read this and become a billionaire, throw me a bone.
