Wife makes ours. Sabra is kinda not good once you have fresh.
Sumac is the absolute bomb, but try with a good zesty smoked paprika and a green olive oil................
We had some extremely gross watery stuff topped with chopped pickle and tomato from the Falafel truck in Bham. Terrible

Sabra is a U.S. company, based out of NY, part-owned by Pepsi.
I just don’t like the chemical preservatives in it, and can taste them...
