Yup. Towing anything can drop me to 100 miles of range in a hurry.

Larry. You want to race to Spokane? I’ll take that deal. You chose Spokane as your condition so I get to add my own. You can’t touch the steering wheel. Ready when you are.

Probably best you don't touch the wheel. Safer for those around you for sure.

Well, as irony would have it, Renton decided they needed to keep Falcor over the weekend. So they gave me a loaner S until Monday afternoon. So, you'll see me tomorrow in a Tesla still, just not mine.

Already in the Shop?

Yeah interesting. Didn't have to take mine in right after I got it. just been driving the wheels off of it...

I have had one taker on your delivery service. Just 5 bags though should be able to fit that in the s.
Just be glad you are driving a tesla up. Wife and son were revoking your pickup privilidges when I told them no X for pickup.

It’s in the shop so it can get the upgraded full self driving computer, and a new windshield (came cracked at delivery).

Haters gonna hate.

Not hating, but, they delivered a car to you, that you waited years for, with a cracked windshield?

You must have me confused with somebody else.. I bought my car from a used inventory @ Tesla in Dallas, I took delivery of it 2 weeks after I placed my order. Not years... 2 weeks... As they were loading it into the truck to come to Renton, they noticed a small crack in the side of the windshield (you have to look hard for it). They called me right up and asked me if I wanted the windshield replaced down there or up in Renton. I chose Renton. The windshield came in just a few days after I took delivery of my X, but I work and stuff, so I pushed out the install for a few weeks. Tesla has been (so far) fantastic. There are tons of horror stories, but so far I am pleased with how I have been treated.

Bring a few.. The only way to properly describe this thing is a golf cart on crack.

Have you petitioned Walmart to put in charging stations where you live?

They are putting a supercharger in 100 yards from my office. It’ll be quite handy.

How does that work anyway... Do you pay for the Charging? CC or account or something?

Yes, typically a SC costs $0.28/kWh. So, on 100kwh battery, if you are at 0%, it’ll cost you $28 to fill up and that will get you about 400 miles.

Your CC is tied to you tesla account and it auto charges the card as you drive away.

But for me, my MX came with free supercharging for life. So it costs me.... ZERO.

Sorry, it wasn’t a shot; even said I wasn’t hating...

I assumed you got new, since I thought you said ‘finally took delivery...’, so it sounded like you waited.

After reading of people waiting years for delivery, it just struck me odd that they delivered a car with a cracked windshield...

It being used, and them giving you the option to wait, changes things...it’s like an AR15 story... :ROFLMAO:

Glad you got it, glad you’re happy with it :thumbsup2:

Even you admitted on another thread you ‘wait for the experts to chime in’, before giving all the details....
