What's on the Menu for the griddle break in?

Philly cheese steak with grilled onions and bell peppers

Haha! I made philly cheese steak for lunch today also! Good choice! :thumbsup2:

I need to get some Chez Wiz :thumbsup2:

I used Provolone the first time and it was good, but I used Havarti this time and I think it was better.

Next time Im going to use double the amount of Havarti as It seems to thin out much more.

Get the four burner flat top. All the extras are kinda half assed it. I did see a four burner with a heavy duty lid (like a BBQ) but not worth 500. I need to find someone to make me a stainless steel cover that I can keep on top when not in use.

Also, Josh Wisemans Chopped Cheese is my new go to sandwich.

This one has the Metal cover, (What i bought) and it's only 30 bucks more than without one.

Which griddle do you own and how is it working out?

Blackstone has updated some earlier flaws, and I just wanted newest/most recent user experiences. Maybe I was unclear with my general question.

Back to griddles............

Nice. Walmart said it would be about a week. And I can pick up in Bham. Sweet.

Anyone looking for a Blackstone and wants to make a road trip, you absolutely can’t beat this price. He’ll get a couple buddies and make a trip of it. There were about 8 left when I left. The on on Chestnut by Terrace Heights. And yes that is the 36” Pro Series. Image
