Thanks guys. A few weeks ago I made them perfect. But I took a shitty picture of it (on a real plate) and scarfed it down before I realized it.

Used those not so great as burger buns today for a breakfast sandwich.
All bacon fat sandwich.
The bacon released a lot of grease. So I used it to fry the eggs and then toast the buns in the grease. Eggs slightly runny and on top of a slice of sharp white cheddar.
Perfect.

Trying to use things up last night.... Rice - half water/half chicken broth (homemade - gotta use) with a squirt of tomato paste to cook.... !/3 of a Hillshire smoked sausage - coined - cooked (in residual bacon grease) - cut up afterwards.... Red & yellow pepper (needed to be used - going wrinkly) and onion sautéed in bacon grease.... Its a good thing I cooked bacon in the morning and had greasy pans...
Mixed together and drizzled with mongolian bbq sauce..... Damn thats good!!!! Its amazing what the tomato paste brings to the rice! (along with the broth). Scarfed down a good serving last night --- leftovers will be better with some soy/woosty added! Easily two more 'no effort' meals left. I had planned on a ear of corn to go with it, but it was more than enough by itself.

Made some refrigerator pickles and spicy pickled carrots. One set of carrots has 2 jalapenos and the other has one habanero. I bought 4 habaneros, tested one. It was a good one so only used one as I didn't want to over power the carrots with only heat.
I will update this weekend.

Just snuck a pickle for me and each kid.
Whoa. So worth it.
Next time I will cut back on the vinegar.

nice norm, cant do to much onions lately. I'll never leave the can and tooting the horn all day. Chicken Pozole Verde nice kick to it and the lime mellows it out.
