Not that kind, these were patties. :wink05: See the "what did you cook today" thread. :wink05:

Lol, I saw it…

Sausage party at Madpicks :wink05:

Seriously, though, sounds like stuff I’d do :thumbsup2:

I'm ok after the Sausage party, but his dog woofed at me and was looking at me funny. :rofl9:

You were probably wearing your skinny jeans again, weren’t you? :wink05:

Back to the drinking part. I don't drink a whole lot these days, but after the 2nd T-Birds win over Kelowna in the start of the best of 7 games tonight, i am drinking a Spiked Seltzer.

Damn.....I better Man up. :rofl9:

Last night I had a Mezcal Sour.

Ingredients
Makes 1
1½ oz. fresh lime juice
1½ oz. Yola Mezcal
1 oz. Amaro Montenegro or Nonino
1 tsp. light agave nectar
1 large egg white - 30 ml

Preparation
Shake lime juice, mezcal, amaro, agave, and egg white in a cocktail shaker (or in a tightly lidded 1-qt. glass jar) until frothy, about 1 minute. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake again until outside is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a coupe glass.

Image

My lime juice was super-juice - more sour, a little less sweet.

Bitter, smoky, sour, a little sweet. Not bad at all.

I’m not actually drinking this yet. But going to crack it with friends next weekend. Bottled 30 years ago by Julian Van Winkle. Looking forward to this!

Dammit. I just spilled a small taste of Woodford Reserve Double Oaked on my Macbook Air keyboard.

Not sure which of the two I'm more concerned about, it's a close call....

You’ll cry now over the booze, you’ll cry tomorrow over the laptop…

Let us know how it turns out…
