So I'm tracking exactly what has happened with the P320 "trigger" incident/ordeal. My Question is ...What part exactly are they fixing/upgrading on the Fire Control Unit? Is it something that can be done Locally by gunsmith's without having to ship to SIG? Does upgrading the trigger to flat trigger fix the problem? Obviously so many questions, I just really want to know as I'm looking into purchasing a (Trigger Assembly) Fire Control Unit for a SIG p320 Conversion kit I received as a gift.
Thanks in Advance WA-Gunners.

Local gunsmith = Voided warranty. Also I understand you don't have to send the whole gun (I could be wrong). Even if you do have to send the whole gun, they send you a fedex label, and ship it right back to the house. No biggee.

Guess the next question here is.....Is it really worth buying a FCU Separately and sending it to SIG with the X-Caliber change kit to have them upgraded. Seems like a Hassel just don't know if its worth it.
