Last two points moot
1/ I have a dorm size fridge in my shop, doesn't take up much space at all.
2/ Had a beer last night while decapping and sorted a pile of 9mm. There are times when it doesn't really matter.

How about some light and surveillance? A cleaning station in the middle and ventilation with forced exhaust when cleaning guns. A fire extinguisher. A tall comfortable chair. Hardline internet or strong wifi. Climate control.

Now I take up 34 feet of one wall. :) Also, make a gun rack to bring in the rifles you're reloading for. That way you can chamber test rounds in those rifles temporarily leaning near your reloading are.. (I once made 50 rds of 30-06 and none of them chambered at the range because my cases were not resized correctly. DOH!)
