I love me some salsa! I'm jealous you have a good garden spot. I also have issues with an area with good enough sun. Too many trees in my neighborhood... Would love to try this, so

My review -
I came home to a box of deliciousness waiting on me after work today. Between my 3 kids and me, the jar might have lasted 5 minutes. Excellent flavor, fresh and not too chunky. Much better than almost any salsa I have purchased from any store.
If I had to nitpick, I would prefer it just a little more spicy. I did ask for the mild version but if it had just a little kick it would have been perfect.
Overall it was excellent. Well done L_O_G.

Overall it was excellent. Well done L_O_G. Awesome thanks for the feedback bud. My wife and daughter don't like any type of spicy stuff, so it is pretty damn mild. I will be making more this week and tweaking it a bit.

Awesome Salsa! The Mild was it for me, it had just enough kick without inflaming my GERD. Great flavor, the texture was perfect. I had some on a Chicken Burrito last night and today. I want to get some Corn Chips so we can sample it that way, but it was a hit. Waaaaay better than store bought stuff, i would absolutely buy this Salsa.

I am in a conundrum now though... My Ghost peppers are about ready, do I make a ghost pepper sauce?
