*PIF* Four jars of my homegrown homemade salsa

Ok, so here is a bit of an odd PIF but I really need some feedback. As most of you know I like to grow shit in my garden and with the beautiful summer we have had my garden is producing like crazy so I have been canning like a mad man. Many different recipes, subtle tweaks here and there and I need others to give me some feedback on how it tastes. I have been eating so much lately I think I have singed my taste buds, and everything is pretty much tasting the same these days.
**I need honest feedback**
Once I find a couple recipes I am happy with I will be setting up shop next year at a farmers market selling fresh veggies and canned salsa.
I will be PIF'ing four jars of salsa, two mild and two spicy.
The spicy one is made with two cups of Habaneros and two cups, one cup of Serranos of Jalapenos with a 1/4cp of sugar to round it out. (disclaimer for diabetics)
The mild one is more sweet than spicy and is made with Coolapenos, Fresno Chiles, smoked Serranos and green peppers.
As for you Cilantro haters, both contain it but its not too overpowering so deal with it!
Post a simple in, and I will pick the winners Thursday. I can UPS them directly to you on my dime or you can pick them up in the Renton, Kent, Burien area.

Awesome job on the garden!
I wish I had a garden. Tried it a few years ago, but my property doesn't get good sun. May try it again.
