I've never really been out hunting, and would like to go with someone that knows what they are doing. Looking to go deer hunting in the Thurston county area. I will split my deer if I get one.

Depending on dates and if this happens and if possible I would like to go too. Don't even need to shoot (never shot something alive). Just learn.

There's deer in the forest near you. As long as you're able to hike the terrain off the roads you'll likely find some. I'll come out with you as my schedule allows.

My biggest thing is to make sure I don't mess up the meat, and dress it properly. I'm guessing GMU 663 black tailed buck? (Disabled vet tag)

(Disabled vet tag) Dogfish has been with me to recover three of my kills so far. I'm certain you and I can get your kill dressed out properly. So you're going to shoot from inside the Subaru? Yes, 663. Oct 14th-31st. You're able to shoot antlerless with your tag, right?

Are those the same deer that eat the blooms off the garden flowers in the back yard each spring? Are those the same deer that eat the carrot tops from my garden? Those Mothereffing deer? Yes, Dredi is right.
