I visited the Lynnwood location a couple times. I don't recall dealing with rudeness from behind the counter but I can attest to their ridiculously high prices. I even asked the sales guy why their prices were so high lol. This was years ago so I don't remember his answer but I do remember thinking 'what a load of crap' it was. They had a .22 rifle in stock that I wanted for about $150 too much. They wouldn't budge on the price either so I never went back. Ammo, accessories, guns- all overpriced.

Management/sales stuck in the 1980s and unable to accept that almost every customer has a price comparison tool in their pocket.

You can't trick customers any longer into thinking that certain items are worth twice what they are. Ignorance is one thing, and a good shop will make a deal if you can show them what current market price is. Artificially jacking up prices on everything is just going to push me out of the store, and I won't come back.

I understand that stores have overhead.. However I am not paying 20-40% more for a given item than what online sellers are charging. Not ever gonna happen. Even 10% is a stretch.

I bought 3 guns over the years from them. The prices were probably in error all three times, and they did not try some BS switcheroo. Other times they usually have the full sex model price on hand job price base models. Too often to be a mistake. The one on 124th in Kirkmond just closed up one day and that was that. I figured the world finally ran out of idiots. Or people discovered the Internets.

9 years ago, I took a job at their store in Lynnwood. I showed up for the first day, stayed for 8 hours, and told them I wasn't coming back. I had seen all I needed to see to know that I never wanted to be an employee, let alone a customer.

Where in Bothell are they?

Not that I'm going after reading this. Besides DJs is plenty of gun store for me.

The guy at the the Lynnwood store let my kids take suppressors apart while we were waiting for my oil to be changed at Seaview.

Off of 527 behind the Silver Dollar Casino. They have a range there too.

It's an OK range. Their action targets are pretty unique and fun. But the range is kind of dark with low ceilings.

I bought my wasr 10 at the tukwila location about 8 or so years ago. Friendly staff from what I remember. I also bought (slings, mags, ammo ect) from both the bothell and lynnwood stores. Always a good experience. A bit pricey but they had a good selection of in stock stuff. I also was a member of their range. When I was a member about 3 years ago, the range was probably the best indoor range at the time. It was really clean and the active targets were really fun. Everything looked new and the staff was really friendly and if I remember correctly, the staff were all veterans. I really liked that range. Not sure how it is now.
