Spent the better part of the day replacing some fence and a gate, now i just fired up the Smoker to do some ribs.
Gonna be a late dinner, but after i saw that Safeway had a sale for 2.49lb, i went up there. Picked up a couple Pork Loins too, now the Smoker is chugging along getting warmed up loaded with some nice Alder courtesy of "Toys in the Toybox".
Thanks Buddy, first smoke with that wood.

Todays Cook on the Smoker is Pork Tenderloins. One with Rub, one with Olive Oil, Garlic and other seasonings.
First shot at Tenderloin, been stuck on Ribs, Butts and Briscuits for awhile now.
Mothers day dinner will be the Tenderloin, Hom made Potato salad and Corn on the Cobb.

Pastrami, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, and assorted sweet peppers microwaved in a bowl.
Not sure if it's an actual dish but it sure tastes good.
Everything except peppers bought from Costco.
Peppers were 3 pounds for $1.59 at Paldo World.

Not cooking, but preparing to. Tomorrow this pork belly will get sliced up into 1" cubes and turned into burnt ends. Mmmmmm. This will be documented.
