"Baby Come Back!" flashing title

It seems that often times when I leave a tab open to the main page and use other tabs, the WaGuns tab will start flashing its title as "Baby Come Back!"

It's really obnoxious...is there any way to make this a user setting that can be turned off?

I don't want to close the tab, because I'm not done with it. I use multiple tabs on a regular basis and it would be easier to be able to keep the tab open then to have to constantly close and re-open it.

If it's not possible to make a setting to disable it, it is what it is. Thanks for the reply.

I got crap from the Wife over that " baby come back" thing once when I was in Hawaii. She thought some Woman was messaging me from WAGUNS.

It took awhile to convince her otherwise, it wouldn't do it again when I tried to demonstrate it.

The "baby come back" message is because of the chat window at the bottom; it's telling you that someone has replied to the chat and you haven't seen it yet.

I use the "view unread posts" view when reading threads, which doesn't have a chat window -- so I don't get that message unless I go back to the main screen for some reason.

If you disable mchat in your control panel it won't give you the message because the chat won't show for you.

This is the reason I rarely keep the main page open. Always a forum or my messages. And yes it is annoying.
Maybe I'll just turn the chat off. Have to think about that.

You have an option. If it annoys you, not really much to think about really.
