Hey so I asked Mad Custom Coating if they would be interested offering another group buy on their Cerokoting services. They ran one on SGN in 2013 and maybe here as well(?). During that GB I got a few bolts Micro Slicked and have been very impressed with the perform and ease of cleaning. I for one would like to get a few of my newer acquisitions either micro slicked or mad blacked. I don't have any info on GB pricing atm this is more of just a thread to see how much interest in generated and will move from here.
Here is their website. They are a local ran and owned shop out of Kitsap. Check out the gallery of work and price lists. http://madcustomcoating.com/

I would be interested...But what I would like Micro Slicked is the action of my 1894 Marlin. What is "mad blacked" can I assume this is Cerakote? If yes Id rather do more of an OD Green. I have a Revolver and a Rifle that Id like this done to.

They can do pretty much anything to any firearm as far as I know. I was just practicing my googlefoo and as far as I can tell "Mad Black" is proprietary so ill leave that to Mad say what it is. Other then what the Tab on his site list out.
