 Re: WAC shake up?I dropped WAC after my partner and I were moved from our spot for no other reason than a politically favored new comer wanted our tables. Not only that the BOD are liars and cheats. If the election does not go the way they want, election is null and void and lets hold another one, but now the rules are changed so the outsiders are kept out again. Hell they act like obozo's people at the DOJ and ATF. They also most definitely do NOT support our gun rights, hell they disarm you to come into their show.

Re: WAC shake up? I joined WAC Last year. I have not been impressed with thier "shows" Half the stuff is over priced (meaning I could get it locally for less) but that is the vendors, the show its self is not well done, in Monroe they try to pack to many venders in so there is truly no room for people to actually look with out being bumped. Same for the Puyallup shows, They do not seem to check thier vendors out either, the show lack diversity ( same shit diff vendor).
I do like the "book guys stuff, I usually buy a thing or 2 from him. Anyway, I just thought it was me, but this year, I renewed at the show in Monroe ( they do not mail/email you to let you know it is time to renew) and I had to stand in a line for 40 minutes. After that I was bumped, jostled, and I think groped, constantly. I finally gave up and left, laughing because as I walked out I saw a Glock 23 gen3 FS *USED* for $590, I don't think it came with lube or dinner either. With all that going on you also hear snippets from the people working the shows, its sad when clubs ect. fight, complain, back bite in public. The bad part is is that a "Show" Should be a place to check out/compare vendors, prices, products, meet people and have fun, which WAC shows are none of the above. Re: WAC shake up? Talked to the Gal Involved and Her Husband at the Centralia Show. Seems they are trying to find venues to have shows at. From Her side of it, seems like a power struggle between small minded people. Sad when Politics get involved in a Major Firearms event. I for one support Her side of things, and look forward to helping with organizing other venues. It may mark me, But I never run from gunfire, only towards it. I hope everyone else would search their conscience and do what they feel is right...Have a nice day....
