https://www.ebay.com/itm/174928890234?h ... SwU3phOC3zThese seem to have come back down to normal pricing. I'd recommend not buying from China since the packages are not tracked and by the time you don't get your package, you can't get a refund.

I'd recommend not buying from China since the packages are not tracked and by the time you don't get your package, you can't get a refund. That link, and some others currently with similar pricing, sure look sketchy. Even though their user descriptions show US locations, they have Zero-to-4,5 feedback ratings, only been on eBay a very short time, and listings show some of the classic Chinese marketing BS. I know I'd feel a lot more confident buying from a known, reputable vendor.

You're right, but the prices have dropped to the acceptable $120 price range.
Good point, the seller does not have feedback.
Search for "US Only"

Old thread, but I feel like I need to post this here. Two days ago my few-month old ROMEO 5 suddenly died when I was at the range. I put the fresh battery in it... nope, no workie. Today I called Sig customer service at 603-610-3000 ext.1, ext.2 The guy said it may happen when the battery dies. He told me to press and hold + button for five seconds and then press it again ten times. Bingo! The RDS is alive again! So, now you know what to do, when your ROMEO 5 plays dead, like a possum. Keep your feet dry and your head on a swivel.

Iv been very impressed with my Romeo 5, even paired with a 3x magnifier. I have a pretty bad astigmatism and when magnified the dot turns to a angled starfish, equivalent to maybe 6moa. It's still on the rifle but I hardly ever use it under 300 yards. But this winter I was very happy to not have any problems in sub zero snow shoe adventures. Little bit of advice though, with the group i train with don't ever get caught with your dust door open
