Don't thank me that you came out of the closet. Thank Steve B for being a wonderful "buddy" to you.

Agreed!!! On all counts!!!
This was a great shoot!!! As MP pointed out, I wish I had spent more time meeting some more people.
Personal thanks go to Dan for spearheading this operation. Steve for letting me and the wife shoot some cool stuff and carpool. Josh for letting me shoot the Steyr Scout, that pretty much sealed the deal for me on putting an EER scout scope on the SOCOM. Flashfire for letting me take a couple shots with the 338LM (I cant begin to tell you how much of a treat that was). Damon for the 1911 trigger time, brass, and general debauchery. Drew for keeping the fire going for my cold wife.
Also a big thanks to those who kept our big group fed......you guys had a big job there and did it VERY well!!!

BTW.....me and Steve stopped by Cabelas on the way home to pick up some stuff and to tell them that Josh was the bestest salesman ever ......we opened the front door and were promply told to turn around because the store closed 4 minutes prior to us showing up. Word has now spread through the store that Josh is the worstest employee ever because he didnt inform us of early closing hours.....well the last sentence MAY be false.

WOW!!!! That snow is simply beautiful. What a great time you guys had. Those photos are great! Wish I were able to attend that. I'll be going shooting later today here in FL - no snow, just lots of sunshine.

Ill take snow and cold over heat and humidity any day.
You can always add more clothes to stay warm, but there comes a point when you can't remove any more to cool down.

Want to say thanks to those that shared thier toys and for the crew that provided the grub and made it warm. Good group of guys and gals the exception being the sketchy characters at the either end of the rifle range May have to look into some of them there old wood rifles they are slowly growing on me like mold. Just have to find the right ones for the coolness factor. someone needs to make a hex finn carbine. That egyptian rifle wasnt bad either...thanks guys

I enjoy the warm weather, but I prefer the Great NW - the rainy weather, the trees, the water. Much more my speed. As Shirley Manson says - 'I'm only happy when it rains'... and when shooting - of course... RENCORP wrote: deadshot2 wrote: MadPick wrote: Cybermaven wrote: no snow, just lots of sunshine. I would like to point out that Drew was not short, did not have pointed shoes, did not run around asking people if they had his "Lucky Charms" and did not have the end of a rainbow following him around. I can see how these internet rumors can get out of hand...
