Has anyone started a list of food items that everyone is bringing? Are we allowed to bring food? Will we need to bring a grill also? This thread will be for food organization if possible. Thoughts anyone?

Maybe we can get together and have some burgers, hot dogs, chips, soda, etc.

I am gonna contribute about $100 for meat products, burgers, hot dogs.

This is what we need.
Paper plates
Napkins
Buns
Condiments (ketchup, mustard, onion, pickle)
Chips
Soda (no diet soda)

Let us know what you can bring and how much you will bring. If you have any other ideas, let me know.

I am not sure if they have a grill, if they do, we will need a propane tank, if not, we need to borrow a grill and tank.

Also, I don't cook, so someone needs to volunteer as "grill-master"

Anyone? If a few guys don't volunteer to chip in for some of the other odds and ends I won't be able to do it all on my own. Anything helps.

I typically bring the class and festive atmosphere.....but since I probably won't be going.....I don't know what you guys are going to do.

You're kinda fucked, I guess.

I'll try to go, just to prevent this from happening.

I have a small Weber grill, not sure if non-propane (charcoal) appliances are acceptable however. Let me know if I should bring it.
I'll go in for potato salad and hamburger/hot dog buns. How many are we expecting?

I see Dan started a thread. Last night we were thinking about 20 people, but who knows. If it isn't huge we should be fine. IIRC Evergreen has a grill, but an event organizer would have to contact the. And see if we are able to use it. If not then I think we might need to use Petes grill if he has already offered it up. Just trying to see how much food and stuff we will need.

OK, then I will bring it anyway. If we need it, we'll use it. Covered. thumbsup

I'm down for large garbage bags for all of the garbage/trash that will result from the festivities. Also, I have a large folding table (30"x72") I can bring to place the plates, food items condiments, etc. Just let me know if it's needed and I'll be happy to bring it.
