I could make a large 4' aluminum one that would be relatively light for transport and wouldn't take up too much space

If they're easily scalable, how about some 1.25" tall ones for epoxying to military style canvas belt buckles . . . ?

I think that's going to be too small for what I can do. I'm using a plasma torch, so I don't have the small scale precision of a laser. I could do the state outline at 1.25" tall, but the W inside wouldn't hold up.
