curious how you iDevice users handle emergency contacts? Specifically if you're incapacitated and someone else needs to know who to contact on your phone? doesn't seem like an easy spot to put ICE contacts on the lock screen |

The medical contact feature is great but it's buried when you need to access it. On the latest iOS it's a click to wake, click to enter passcode, tap "Emergency", tap "Medical ID". That's a lot of steps and unless someone knows it's there and how to find it, it's not easily found. EMS is probably trained to access it, but your average person won't be. If you're somewhat paranoid and want to ensure any responder has the fastest access to it, you can always make an image with emergency contact info and set it as your background for the lock screen. |

Just so you know there is very little awareness of information like this that either ERs or first responders look at. They'll look for bracelets but phones etc are usually put aside. Not saying you shouldn't do it, but the likelihood of it being seen - right now - is very small. |

I think ice in phone is more for you than anything tbh. Wallet biopsies are most common, so I would keep an ice card in your wallet if you're concerned about that. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
