WTS: Dan Wesson Specialist commander and ruger 10/22 $1400

I have a Dan Wesson specialist commander chambered in .45 that I am hoping to sell. I have not shot it at all, but the previous owner stated that it has only shot through a few magazines worth of ammo. I will include 5 wilson combat 10 round magazines and the dan wesson mags that came with it. I also have wilson combat grips that I will include as well. The inside of the original magwell is a bit scratched up. Besides that, it is in excellent condition.
If interested, i can include an unfired ruger 10/22 M1 carbine special edition for no extra charge. I am selling all of this for $1400, and the buyer would pay the transfer fee/any other fees necessary. That said, im open to negotiations regarding price.
