I have to head up to Burlington for a few hours here shortly for work, when I get back home I have some brass to tumble in the FART. The home made FART wrench will be useful on taking the cap off of the tumbler canister.

:thumbsup2:

We still have snow on the ground here, so I’ll probably wait till tomorrow to head to my pit.

No brass tumbled, but I did make another Fart wrench.
It's been beer thirty now for a couple of hours.

Sunday I tumbled 2,500 - 223/5.56 cases in the Fart.
With the Fart wrench, put it on and give it a small wack it loosens the cap up nicely.
Great idea there Caveman. I'm going to mail one to my brother for his Fart.

If you run the end cap to Napa, Williams oil supply and hose, they'd probably have a nice cheap filter wrench, in what looks that size.
I have 2 sizes for big rig fuel filters, that looks exactly like what you made. About $12 each, steel with rubber covered handle.

You can enhance and also make your prototype better by adding bicycle chain to torque down and fit multiple sizes.

If someone felt the need to they could probably make an enhancement but his is not a multi used tool it was made especially for the FART end cap.

I use my plywood fart wrench very effectively.
Great idea from the Caveman.

What I keep wondering about making this thing is why didn’t I do it sooner? Woodworking has definitely taken a backseat to my brasswhoring/reloading operations.
Just like those case sorting pans you told me about a long time ago, I’ve been doing brass for 15 years and I still have not bought them.
