By the way . . . the "winners" post has been updated again to reflect that SIG556 shot the second-place target for gwaugh.

FYI, I think SIG556 is the master of the royal flush. That guy was pumping them out!

Good job, Steve. Thank you for making this fund raiser a total success - you deserve the AR just for the sweat equity invested in this venture. Not that others didn't contribute as much or more, but the straight shooter carried the day. Congratulations to all Wa Guns members who helped make this event a great success !

I'm with Rencorp on this. Thanks for all the work you and the crew put in on this Steve. AND, congratulations on the win!!!

Had fun meeting and talking in the waiting room. A lot of show & tell going on to pass the time.

Let's (the royal us) do something like this again.

One of the 'loser' targets in my pile at home:

I have a couple that are better than BadKarma's here, but I figure bumping him to 5th is probably bad enough.

No, but it shot A LOT of Royal Flushes that day!

Do you want some toast with your jam?

Uh, Dan.....the top 5 targets (including the one posted above) were all shot with Steve's pistol......

At least your pistol made it into the 'honorable mentions' section.

Beats... less than honorable mention... :ROFLMAO:

Those were some nice shooting done at the USO shoot. Man hard to beat!

Congrats, Steve. I still wish I would have had the chance to shoot some targets for myself. Next time, next time.

Generally, once a target was no longer a "winner" (meaning it was no longer the leader in the competition), we didn't pay a lot of attention to it. We didn't intend to award 2nd place, 3rd place, etc. So, I'm not surprised that SIG556 has pulled a good target out of his . . . truck.

I went back and measured the runner-up targets that I have. Combining my measurements (from center of diamond to center of bullet hole) with what SIG556 posted above, here's my amended list of winners:

1st, MadPick: 5/8"
Tied for 2nd, SIG556: 1-1/4"
Tied for 2nd, gwaugh (shot by SIG556): 1-1/4"
3rd, calshands (shot by MadPick): 1-3/8"
4th, BadKarma: 1-7/8"

And yeah, it's possible there are more runner-up targets out there.

I shot everything with Dan's except my last target(The "Give me one shot to improve").
