EAB is the Swedish manufacture and 1927 is the serial number. From what I searched your bayonet is a "NORWEGIAN RESISTANCE SWEDISH MADE M/1944 KNIFE BAYONET FOR THE NORWEGIAN KRAG RIFLE" see post here:
