A few folks have expressed interest in another group buy for the SB47 wrist brace for AK pistols. (For reference, here's the thread for our last group buy: http://waguns.org/viewtopic.php?f=65&t=35763.)

I was hoping that Century would put these on sale again, but they haven't . . . so I guess we're going to have to roll with it as-is.

Assuming that our order totals at least $500 and qualifies for free shipping, the price for the SB47 brace is $116.

As with the last group buy:
- Please be prepared to meet me in Renton to pick it up.
- I do not want to ship them.
- If there are any other non-firearm items that you want from the Century site, I can get those too. My pricing is different than what you see on the site; PM me if you want a price on something. For example, the Krinkov-style muzzle extension for the PAP (http://centuryarms.biz/proddetail.asp?prod=PAP00013) is $25.

Anyone interested?

OK, here's our summary, which I'll keep updated:

SB47 Wrist Brace, $116
XDM9cWA (1)
Carpenter (2)
L_O_G (1)
Benja455 (1)

PAP muzzle extension, $25
vinnie131 (1)
AR15L (2)
Carpenter (1)
root (1)

MA1042 Yugo BHO mag, $14
milowebailey (2)

Yes. All prices quoted are "OTD," although they're just the price straight from Century (maybe rounded up to the nearest dollar to keep the coins out of the deal!). No tax, no profit.

This assumes that we hit the minimum $500 to qualify for free shipping, which I expect we will.

I think that's the plan, if we get to 500$ so that it's free shipping.. otherwise I think it's + shipping...

only other place to get it is from JG sales for 119+shipping...

Can these braces be removed from the adapter/tube and be used on an AR pistol buffer tube? This is a better price than the Sig brace for the AR.

No, the SB47 cannot be used on an AR. It will not fit over a buffer tube, and it has a "fork" that slides under the pistol grip which won't work on an AR.

I will take 2 SB47 braces and 1 Pap muzzle extension. Does the muzzle extension include everything needed to install it? It says detent pin but I know it needs at least a spring as well.

Correct. If you have a PAP with a welded-on muzzle nut, you'll need to cut the weld, unscrew the nut, and then install the contents of the muzzle extension kit. We have a couple of threads already on cutting the weld.

I'll place the order in a couple/few days, when the thread starts to die down. I don't want to let it linger, because I know people want their shit, and they want it NOW. :rockout:

For the last two buys that I did, I had the goods in hand about two weeks after placing the order. Century is no MidwayUSA or Primary Arms when it comes to shipping, but they've been doing okay.

Ben, I'm not sure whether you're saying you're officially "in" for a brace or not . . . please clarify. Thanks.

MA1012A: $11 each. Please note that this is a Korean mag, even though it doesn't say it in the description.
MA1042: $14 each. These are Yugo bolt hold-open mags. Condition isn't noted, but presumably they are "good" or better.
MA1042-F: $12 each. These are Yugo bolt hold-open mags in "fair" condition.
MA1088: $11 each. These are new Bulgarian polymer mags.

OK, so I added a couple you didn't ask about.... :runforthehills:

I've updated the shopping list in the OP with names and quantities.
