Not shitting around here . . . YOU SHOULD. I already have a K31 that I bought locally, and I like it so much that I put a Swiss 1911 and a Swiss 1896/11 into that last Century order. The 1911 is just beautiful, and the 1896/11 is just fine too.

I think I might throw a 1911 short rifle (carbine) into this order....

Well, just to clarify in case someone who's not "in the know" is reading this . . . no, I can't buy firearms for anyone else. But you should all get your C&R licenses and do your own ordering.

Classic firearms.com has a bunch right now. Thinking about a K31 and a 1911. We'll see

Century has mostly the same rifles, but a little cheaper. They don't offer you the choice of handpick, troop tag, etc. though.

And . . . BAM, the second order has been placed. This group buy is closed. Again.

So how long did it take on the last order to get the shipment? Seemed pretty quick. Then again I wasn't. Waiting on anything....

For the first order, I ordered it on Sunday 2/9, it shipped on 2/14 and it arrived on Friday 2/21.

For the second order, I ordered it on Sunday 2/23. If we go by the schedule as above, it should ship tomorrow . . . but Century is pretty damned erratic with their shipping in my experience, so no guarantees.

And . . . the order has shipped! UPS isn't showing an estimated delivery date yet, but my best guess is that it will be next Monday, 3/10.
