For a small extra charge, Shipping via US Mail is available - I ship packages about 4 days a week. I can also meet up somewhere in the vicinity of highway 512 between I-5 and Puyallup. These are black, non window, WITH dust cover, part number MAG211-BLK. Magpul has changed their packaging - they have PMGAS in the old packaging packed with a dust cover, in a plain clear and brown bag - part number on the black non window is MAG-BLK211... This item is being discontinued, and repackaged as described below: The new packaging has a different part number, and the magazines do not include the dust cover...the packaging is multi color and says GEN M2 on the front. Part number on it is MAG-571. Both of the above packaging are the current generation mags, not the new GEN M3 mags. One is packed with dust cover, the other without. The image on the Magpul website for the GEN M2 (-571 part number) is incorrect - it's a generic line art image of the -211 style and shows it with a dust cover, however, it does not include a dust cover.
