My old renter (and close friend) has one. They are truely amazing. If anyone is on the fence about these, just do it. You will not regret it. The ultimate home deffence. Also there are holsters available. Techncally a smooth bore pistol, they are classified as an AOW so no concealed carry, but can you actually conceal these anyways.....?

I would say that if you feel so strongly about the fact that you can "legally" carry this using your current CPL...

I would not recommend anyone carrying this as a concealed firearm under Washington's CPL. I have seen your argument trying to put this under the grey area of handgun and AOW. I could not in good faith and legally say what it is...

I just would not want anyone to experience a needless negative experience to carry this firearm (AOW) and to go prove this in court (financial, emotional and legal issues abound).

1) It's way too bulky and heavy.
2) only has 2 shots for the size
3) difficulty to secure and guard the trigger (action)
4) limited use for self defense - distance and spread pattern
5) and the biggest one! legally way too uncertain

You can post up what tibits of the law think apply but it's not set in concrete as to validity of it being "lawful" to carry under Washington. It does fit in the somewhat grey area but I would hate for someone to be the test subject and especially lose that fight in court.

So either pay a lawyer to find out or don't do it would be my recommendation.
Buy it, shoot it (Don't Carry it)

So at best it's a AOW (not a pistol) so your WA CPL still won't cover it.

I did not simply state an opinion without support, or selectively cite bits and pieces of the law to justify a preformed opinion.

When I asked you to support your bold but unsubstantiated opinion, you instead chose to argue that the Serbu isn't suitable for concealed carry, rather than that doing so is illegal.

I have not stated an opinion as to whether carrying the Serbu is a good idea. That was not the question. Either it is legal or it isn't.

If i wasn't still paying off a medical bill i'd already have put my money down on this. I got to shoot one at the pit and all I can say is this:

If you can afford it, buy it. This thing was ridiculously fun to shoot and I will, sooner or later, own one of these.
