Hopefully the weather isn't too nice. I remember getting burned like a mofo at the last one of these I attended up there...

In, +1 The gf says she'll wear tight pants, cause she wants to try out some new guns. Maybe she can distract y'all long enough for me to as well.

Hell, I hardly ever end up shooting my own toys. You can't walk by a table without someone putting a gun in your hand. Its then best place I've found for fondling new guns.

Can't find the FB group called Bries Skagit Man Bunker. Did they start a FB Event page? Any other Event page on FB started so we can share it?

I could start my own but don't want it to look like it's my event. It's WaGuns and partnered with Bries.

I just wanted to post it so others know and hopefully come join you. We need all the publicity we can get and certainly, the news media won't cover a story about gun owners doing something good!

If there's no social media event started, I may simply share the link to this thread.

Thanks,

Bill

All kidding a side, anything specific you 2 are looking to shoot?

I had a little chat with Brie, of Bries Skagit Man Bunker http://briesskagitmanbunker.com/, and she said her FB page is a private group, so, you have to be a member to view and post. FB gave them lots of trouble about members posts and they had to go private. Dang FB rules! But, like she told me, it's their site and their rules, so, we have to play their game.

She gave me lots of great info on what's in store for this event. I did a post on my Facebook page, with that info, about this event. Take a look. I hope it helps bring in a few more volunteers. More so, I hope it makes more gun owners and target shooters aware of what responsible shooting is all about and what it really looks like to put your boots on the ground for recreational shooting.

I'm still REALLY thinking of that long drive. I just might make it. We'll see as time gets closer.

Thanks all!

Bill

If the weather's half assed decent, a couple of us will ride up that way.
Can't carry any tools and whatnot, just able hands.

Don't be scared! It shouldn't take as much cleaning as any of the past clean ups. The pit is fairly clean up there right now. That means more shooting and bullshitting than actual hard labor. thumbsup

I hope so. Last time my working, making up for your slacking, nearly killed me. :ROFLMAO: :rofl9:  :thumbsup2:
