No. Your math is wrong. .0007 showed up, which is .07 percent.

But 13 showed up.... So using the proper math outlined above. What's the new percentage?

as of the first it will be 9.3%

7 out of 9650 = 7.253886010362694e-4 which comes out to 0.0007253886010362694

.0007 is the same as 0.07% which means you would need at least 15 times as many to even get 1%

and as per the poll I was counting members not non members
