Everyone that's done one of these matches had never done it before they did it. All beginners at one point. As long as you're safe and follow instructions you're welcome to participate. Oh, and ya gotta be safe too.

Yes.
Fair warning, the match director is an evil dude. Your walk-thru has no targets, just shows you the route you will go. On your first run, you will then deal with engaging from cover, round placement, and reloading using cover, all on the fly.
