Re: What's so special about 'gun violence' No guns were hurt during this time. It was people violence that occurred. Stupid pet trick media, cops, and politicians never get the English language right. Send them back to school for the education that they never got the first time around.

Re: What's so special about 'gun violence' Well written Dave. There is no violence. You can get a DUI in a car, just as you can riding horseback. It's violence, murder, assault... With or without a weapon. What's next, further demonizing the GUN by it's color? Black Rifle... oops, already been done. How about by it's capacity...crap. Accessories?.. been there, done that....
