Thanks for the update! I've been looking for a closer NFA transfer shop. Out here we have tank works in Bremerton and MKR in gig harbor, but they haven't responded to my inquiries.

Do any of these places give discounts for multiples? I did two bare lowers at Fall City. $98. Holy chit! Maybe a column for that would be nice.

Yes, several have discounts for multiple. Hildebrand, Hot Gates Armory, Puget Sound Security, The Armory Shooter Supply.

Hi Dreadi,

Can you unquote the pictures? Makes it really hard to read the thread.

I marked FFL's as Red if they don't release after 10 days, or don't perform transfers. (If they don't perform transfers, they are pretty useless for this thread.) I see I had marked you as Red since the box said "Sometimes - Judgement Call". I've changed it to Orange.

No. This list is intended to be resource not just for private party (face to face) transfers, but also internet sales transfers and store purchases.

As for your color coding, well . . . this isn't intended to be an FFL blacklist. We're not trying to say, "don't buy from these FFLs." It's an information resource, and while I encourage folks to buy/transfer at FFLs that follow the 10-day rule, I understand that it's only one of the multiple pieces of data that are considered when making that decision.

How is a store that doesn’t perform transfers helpful in finding a store that perform transfers? Should we put grocery stores on the list? They don’t perform transfers either...

I’d hate for somebody to try to transfer a firearm at a store that doesn’t do transfers, and be confused they can’t. “But they were on the ffl transfer list...”

Feel free to download the excel and modify it as you like. You can also delete my post. Just trying to be helpful as the first post is really hard to read.

You are using the word "transfers" to only mean person-to-person private sales.

My point is that this list is also intended to be used by those who are simply buying a gun from the store, or are buying online and sending it to the store for a transfer.

The only store on the list that doesn't do person-to-person, but does online transfers, is Wades. I only marked the one box red, not the entire line. The rest of the ones I marked red don't do person-to-person, or online transfers. They only sell guns. Do we need a 3rd column for that? I'm not aware of any "gun stores" that don't sell guns. Is listing all the gun stores the purpose of this thread? The 2 threads this was created from, were for in-person transfers, and internet transfers. We didn't merge in a thread list of all gun stores. Do we have a list of all the guns stores in the state?

Would you prefer to just mark the "no transfers" and "no, doesn't follow the law" boxes red, and not the entire line?

Just as we are having a raffle to support our 2A rights in Olympia, I believe we should use what little influence we have to get FFL's to follow the law. We absolutely should call them out in bright red for not following the law. Members are certainly disturbed when they discover these policies, after it's too late.

It also occurs to me we need to add Rainier Arms to the list, based upon the other thread about them not following the law.

Rainier Arms
Auburn
South Puget Sound
$50 Online & Person-to-Person
$50 - NFA - Only FFL to Person, no Person to Person transfers. Also KIOSK Fee.
Release after 10 days: NO
877-556-GUNS

Sureshot Gun and Pawn will release after ten days and will do same day transfers on firearms. Don't know if that makes the list.

All right, I updated the lists in the OP. I updated information for SPR Industries (thanks, tpryder), added Rainier Arms (thank you, snozzberries) and updated Sureshot Gun and Pawn to "yes" for 10-day release (thank you, 1BallJay).

Thanks for the help!

All American armory in Skagit is not on your list

Thank you, Jason. I added All American Armory, and I also added a note to Skagit Arms about the buyer retaining the gun during the transfer, per another post that you made.

I appreciate the input.
