Hillary is very much out of touch. Look at Europe with their "Gun Laws". Even they can see that suppressors are useful for hearing protection and don't see them as a threat to society.
As for Las Vegas, another example of ignorance within our political ranks. Full Auto weapons have been illegal for sale (unless on NFA registry and selling for prices 10X that of regular semi-auto's) since the 80's. This shooter clearly used illegal weapons in his shooting spree. Do these butt-holes think making them more illegal will stop people like him?
FWIW, when someone wants to kill a lot of people they will figure a way. Nice France with a truck driven into a crowd and bombings at European airports and train stations come to mind. Unfortunately our politicians don't have minds so they don't think about that aspect of mass killings.
BTW, for a real eye-opener, look up Bath, MI School Bombing. Not a single gun involved yet a record number of people killed. 38 school kids all because some twisted individual didn't like his property taxes. Like it or not, this crap is part of our society and no law(s) will prevent a whack-job from carrying out such killings.
