H.R. 367 -- Hearing Protection Act -- Suppressors Off NFA

H.R.367 - To provide that silencers be treated the same as long guns, was introduced to the House of Representatives yesterday. It's the hearing protection act which would remove suppressors/silencers from the NFA and make their sale similar to a long gun purchase. Meaning no more $200 tax stamp or 8-12 month waiting periods to acquire a device which benefits both shooters and the public. Please God, please make this happen!
