Are Shockwave/Tac-14’s illegal in WA now?

Cruising Sportsmans Warehouse online and they label them as restricted in my area. From the basics of the shotgun section of the big new set of gun laws from last year, I don’t see anything that would disqualify it. Googled it and only found old info. Are they legal to buy in Washington?

Two questions were asked. The title “Are Shockwave/Tac 14s illegal in WA now?”, and at the end of the post “”Are they legal to buy in WA?”.

Yes, they're still legal to buy. Sportsmans shouldn't be classifying them as restricted.

I could be wrong given the rapidfire pace the legislature is infringing, but I'm pretty sure I'm not. _________________ Posts not legal advice. |
