I have been a fan of the Don Hume holsters but they sit about 1-2 inches too high on my waisteband. So i started looking and found this.

The top of the hook is above the trigger and the slide on one option.
*(No knife option for me though.)

Has anyone tried this?

Bought one quite similar for TheMissus' CCP. The site below says, "The appendix carry is designed for 12-2 o'clock carry and not for hip carry." so maybe searching for appendix styles may reveal others you'd consider.

She likes the additional leather that keeps the rear of the slide from chaffing her alabaster flesh. . . .

I just bought and finally received (2 week lead time) my Crossbreed Modular Bellyband system. I can tell already that it is going to work great for me.

I like that I can wear anything from gym sweats (no belt necessary) to formal attire with this deep carry system. I've discovered that it is very conducive to comfortable deep carry in the appendix position. It also gives me the ability to buy and switch out whatever gun/holster I so desire to carry, without losing the comfortable system that I will have already acclimated to and broken in. Unlike previous belly bands that I've tried, re-holstering is a cinch with this system. I've only had the system for less than a week and it's already growing on me (a guy that likes to resist change). As my first holster purchase for this system I bought a holster for my CZ 2075 RAMI,which is much heavier and bulkier than my usual S&W Shield conceal carry weapon. I finally have a system that makes carrying my RAMI tolerable!! Love it!! I may still pick up the Shield holster later on down the road, that is the beauty of the modularity of this system.

That's cool!
:thumbsup2:

Now that I've lost 115 pounds, my old (still looks new) belt is about a foot too large. The bellyband's line between M and L sizes is 42 (where I am now) - maybe by Christmas I'll be plateaued on side or the other. You listening, Santa?

Both are great options. I have the belly band already. I do have a AIWB Blade tech but I'm not happy with it.
