Here's an idea...

How about concealing a rifle case into an "everyday" recognizable case...

Do you play a "guitar"

For those in need to travel in public with a rifle (to and from a range)...

Nice... I have a couple unused soft cases for my display guitars that might need to be... um.. converted.

If you have a short folding stock on your rifle... here's another option.

Watch the video (see link below)... it's kind of cool.

5.11 Select Carry Sling Pack

I use a guitar case, but nothing that nice. I intentionally bought a cheap one so it doesn't look like it might have a valuable guitar in it. Thieves target those more than guns are they are easier to sell. When a seam ripped, I used some Goop to glue it back together. Doesn't look worth stealing when you get closer, and it's still not too noticeable from a distance so it doesn't stand out.

Oldkim,
Please don't take this to seriously. But if you use, a 5.11 Tactical Man Purse, you are LAME!!! By the way, I like carrying 2-3 black assault rifle cases out to the car on an early Saturday morning when the neighbors are drinking coffee!

Uh... you don't know me very well...

But I do not have one.

Everyone is different... hell I'm sure someone has one of those Glock bayonets...

It's okay Young. I can vouch that tpryder is a great guy, even if he has some 5.11 tactical capris.

Well, don't call me lame... you can certainly say it's lame as a product... but unless you know me... don't accuse me of something. [-x

I did say it's "cool" in the sense of many things are "tacticool." :frust:

If you know me... you know I don't have many of those "tacticool" things. Like for my sling. It's a friggin luggage strap. Really... :-bd

I'm more "tactilame" than "tacticool." :P

Young, I wasn't trying to start anything, I just meant to give you a hard time. I can tell from your training you are not a guy that would use a Tactical Man Purse.

Well still... with the internet and all... things do get lost in translation (sort of speak).

Inflection and the rib poking is all lost on the screen. Thank god for these little smilies :-bd

Good job Steve thumbsup

I know the team has spent hours on getting these up :YMAPPLAUSE:

I deal with lots of folks... varying from the two extremes... tacticool to don't even have a clue on what to get... I guess I'm just more open to what other's do. I personally don't care on what folks buy so long as they see some use for it. It's called capitalism... or as the economist say... "supply and demand."

Look now you can buy different colored guns.... \:d/

Hey, who has the pink P22? :ymparty:

I carried a mossberg shotgun in a pool cue soft case. If I ever needed to carry covert I would head to goodwill and find a bumb bag.

I've been carrying my chopper in a violin case since 1930.
