Re: Ever Faithful Its over 8 inches of 'reach out and touch you'. And the scope is just a red dot. My eye sight isn't that bad yet and I can hit what I'm aiming at from a real good clip away. My wifes partner is a Gov .45 so its a match made in heaven. One thing you don't want to hear in the middle of the night is one of us saying, "DID YOU HEAR THAT?" lol Living in slight paranoia is a good thing. It keeps one light on their feet. Just like a teenage mutant ninja turtle
