no there is only a gen 1, gen 2 and gen 2.1

there are no scorpions that come with a brace adapter it is a secondary purchase.

I picked mine up last week and replaced the right safe switch and the mag release. Picking up the trigger spring this week. Submitting for SBR next payday. put a Vortex Sparc II on it and she is ready to go!

I've never handled a Scorpion, but every time I look at one I think the grip angle looks uncomfortable for a PDW. Can anyone confirm or deny this?

I think the gun was really designed to be an SBR, but in order to import it to the states they had to make it a pistol due to SBR & 922 Laws. It's pretty big and heavy to really shoot like a pistol . Haven't shot mine yet but have handled it.

I was more referring to the angle of the pistol grip not being ergonomic (similar to the difference between a standard A2 grip on an AR versus a Magpul MOE-K2 grip). I did some searching and found that others are not fond of the factory grip angle, either, so it's no surprise there are a couple after-market options out there:

Don't be a pussy, SBR that fucker, then get an adapter or have the barrel rethreaded (Tyler Pickerel in CZ Scorp FB group can do partial threading so OE flash hider remains) and put a can on it. Trust us, SBR with can is what this gun was build for.

Ah gotcha. I'll have to shoot it and see. It didn't occur to me while handling it as a big issue. The safety was immediately annoying to me...can't wait to fix that.

I recently bought the Scorpion Carbine with the Faux Suppressor. I freaking love it. Is the Faux suppressor dumb, yes. Can I drop (4) 30 round mags through it and immediately put it back in its case, yes....yes I can. The fake suppressor barely heats up

I've got the carbine version. Good clean fun.

So if you didnt know you can buy the carbine length handguard now. And at $99 bucks it aint bad either!

I got mine in today and installed it and have to say I am impressed! It feels great and looks pretty good too. I much prefer the smooth handguard over the built in rails. Plus the recessed suppressor is pretty neat too. Definitely a recommended upgrade IMO if you plan to shoot suppressed! My only complaint is it doesnt come with a M-Lok rail at all. But for the price thats ok too.

Install is pretty easy too. Just remove the old barrel nut. Slide handguard off. Slide new one on. Use new barrel nut. Youll need a 21mm deep socket though. And a ~4-6" extension for it. Then just tighten it down.

You call that easy? Some of the horror stories I am seeing I would never want to consider trying to remove it, taking torches and lots of heat to get the gallon of red Locktite to release. People even breaking and stripping factory removal tools..

Looks badass though with the recessed suppressor.
