 Put Altamont grips on two of my Revolvers.

That revolver looks to be un-safe due to the "Hillary Hole" not being there, you should probably give it to me for safe keeping.

Weird. I had really good customer service from them.


Just to close my story (and sorry for thread crapping) out with a happy ending, the correct grips showed up yesterday (with no further notice or email). I actually admire that. They got busy getting me the correct grips. They look awesome.

I have a couple of S&W's IL models on my wish list, but most do not. That gun is an early '90s 629-3 5" Classic. Perfect all-around .44.

These came from Ruger but are Altamonts. They are a little thicker than factory grips and fit my hand like a dream!
