Never shot that far before(100yds), always been indoors 10-25yds at most. Got it as close as it's going to get with that little SPARC II. Ric

Here's some of my toys: The AR SBRs are sequentially numbered Spikes Tactical lowers (both serial number prefixes start with "SBR", which I thought was a sign from the NFA gods). One is 300 BLK and one is .556 - both uppers are Radical Firearms and 10.5 inches. I have added a Law Tactical folding stock to one of the lowers. The suppressors are a SilencerCo Omega (on the left) and a Huntertown Arms Guardian 9 (on the right). The AK SBR is a Yugo M92 PAP in 7.62x39 with a Manticore Arms folding stock. I also installed a ALG AKT trigger and a Krebs AK safety selector. Here is a more recent photo with an Ultimak rail and a Manticore Arms Nightbrake (and it now has a Bushnell TRS-25 as well).

Good thread, thanks for playing everyone. I can see that we're going to need a suppressor thread as well . . . who's gonna start that one?!

Time to put away a few hundred dollars for tax stamps. People who have converted the PAP, how much does it cost? $236.70 shipped (I looked at my order confirmation...the prices may have changed since September) gets you the Manticore Arms hinge, the stock and the brake I have on mine. You'll have to drill and tap it yourself - or bring it to a smith you trust, who shouldn't charge more than $100 as it just requires a steady hand and some decent tool - it's not a very hard (or time consuming) job. I would also recommend changing out the horrendous stock trigger for at least a Tapco G2 ($25) but you're really better off with an ALG AKT ($45). A Hogue grip is also a good idea ($20)...especially if you care about 922r compliance.

Time to put away a few hundred dollars for tax stamps. People who have converted the PAP, how much does it cost? Sure, but: A.) I have a pistol that stays on body, so having it "loaded" isn't a big deal. The rifle would be stashed with my pack in the trunk anyways. B.) the sig braces aren't comfortable to me
