Even though it is out of warranty they sent me a shipping label and are going to take a look at it free of charge because he thinks the bolt head may have been chamfered too much on the underside . Huge +1 for Chris at PTR Industries. Incredible customer service and a really nice guy to talk to. I think it looks better in person, but I dunno.
