I must live under a rock because I've never seen this before. You live under a rock. We've been talking about this rifle for months. Dig the rifle root, nice choice. That PA isn't what I'd pick for real long distance, but I took that scope over to Montana on my varmint rifle this summer and it kicked ass. Making 400 yard shots no problem. Looking good. What vortex did you order? The glass is just until my Vortex finally ships. Yup, that's why at the end of my post I asked "what vortex did you order?" Viper PST 6-24x50 FFP EBR-1. I was going to go the Razor HD II, but it is so damn heavy. Good call I dont think the weight is a big deal. I'll let you compare the two side by side. I've got the Gen 2 razor. The weight isn't noticeable hell my rifle weighs 15 lbs anyway Sent from my SM-G900V using Tapatalk

The Gen2 Razor is a whole pound heavier than a PST. So just depends what you plan to do with the rifle. I dont mind my Gen1 razor's weight but it sits on more or less a bench gun. If i was going ot be packing the thing around the PST would be my choice.

Went out to play again playing with some 140 Berger Hybrids. Ran it out to 440. 200yd 300yd 440yd steel. I took a buddy out that is gun guy, but has never done long range shooting. We sat down and I walked him through and by the time we where done, he was on the 440yd steel in one.

Load is dialed, and when canned its POI shifts, but it groups oh so much better. 100yd - 140 AMax New Brass H4350. No Can - 817m.

Great performance for a factory rifle! Since I know where your shooting, the wind condition can be tough up there.
