The sights are a "gutter" in the top of the slide. It's sort of like looking at the sights on an old S&W J frame. Just a groove.
Designed for no snag draws, ultimate concealment, and up close and personal "business". Most of the time, under duress, point shooting is used anyway. But they do work. Just takes a little getting used to when shooting at paper targets.

That's pretty sexy. Is this the one I saw for sale locally here, just a few days ago?
I drooled a little. I'm glad you got it.

Picked it up from a nice guy in the north end, at lunch time. It's nicer than I expected, actually. I used to have a Defender, which is basically the same gun in blue, with standard sights. So I would expect the same great reliability. Colt know how to make a 3 inch 1911 work properly. Unlike a shorty Kimber I had once, that gagged on just about every 10th round.

Do NOT pass up a Defender, Defender Plus, or New Agent if you have ANY interest in owning a 3 inch 1911. They put Kimber and SA to shame on reliability.

I've always liked Colts. Not a big fan of the Python, although I've owned a few. I prefer Colt belly guns over S&W's. Your Agent and the Tyler T-Grip is a hard to beat rig.
