This looks old but is a replica of the original: 1851 Colt Navy Model, .36cal Percussion.

11.25mm? It must be hard finding ammo.

That's either a Duramatic (1954-1970) or a Plinker (1971-1973). If you don't know and want to know when it was made, send me a PM with the model and serial numbers and I'm pretty sure I can tell you.

Here is one that qualifies as "old"... S&W M1917 in .45ACP. No idea how old it is... serial # is 1103XX. Has "Property US Army" stamped on the butt and lanyard ring. It has been refinished (appears to have been parked), but I believe those are the original stocks. Was given to me by a friend, and will someday go back to him. Good shooter, but it has a "100yd" front sight on it... gotta aim low with this one!

Oooh, nice S&W! I've never shot one of those, but I've always been tempted to get one . . . especially since they use a caliber that I already shoot.

If I'm lucky enough to talk him out of it, I'll be sure to post up that prize here.

Speaking of old handguns, Cabelas has Nagant revolvers on sale right now in the hot deal flyer you pick up at the front door... I think they were $119. Couldnt find it on the website though...

Picked this up in a trade the other day. It was in pretty good shape but I gave it a facelift anyway. Done in Satin Aluminum CeraKote. Going to be getting some nice custom Ash wood grips for it eventually. Repainted the safety dot and front sight post and made an actual extended slide stop from an old extended ambi 1911 frame safety.
