Hi,
Nice work and thanks for sharing the photos.
I have some questions about Duracoat:
How durable is it? I have a Romanian Tokarev and a couple of AK's that may be due for some refinishing.
Thanks

Thanks DuraCoat is incredibly durable and if applied properly will outlast the life of the firearm. The only issue with it is it's only good up to about 500 degrees. So if it's a semi auto rifle then I recommend either parkerize or DuraHeat for the barrel. The rest of the gun can be done in regular DuraCoat. As you can see from the pic's (and a bunch more I haven't posted) I do quite a few firearms in DuraCoat and haven't had a problem yet.

Great. Wonderful. I showed this to my oldest and she said I have to do my next 1911 like this. How sacrilegious is it to do this to a Kimber Crimson Carry? I'm thinking I'm going to hell.

Well buddy, if you are going to hell for having it done than I am surely going to hell for doing it. I'll see you there.
